Exercise Reminder

A motion sensor that reminds users to exercise when they walk past.

How it works

  1. The motion sensor detects when a user approaches.
  2. The system checks the stored exercise count and gives LED and buzzer feedback (red, yellow, or green).
  3. The user presses the button to record each completed exercise.
  4. Holding the button for two seconds resets the count.

  • The mutiple LEDs are confusing, clearer insturctions required
  • Lack of motivation as it does not tell user what to do
