One Leg Balance

An interactive balance assessment system using an IMU sensor to monitor stability in real time.
Designed to provide instant visual and audio feedback during one-leg standing exercises.

How it works

  1. Secure the sensor to your lower leg or hold it in your hand.
  2. Press the button to start or stop the stopwatch manually. Alternatively, press A to enter the desired countdown time and press B to begin.
  3. The system continuously monitors body movement. The display shows “Stable” when balance is maintained and “Unstable” when instability is detected. Different beep sounds indicate transitions between stable and unstable states. Music plays when the countdown ends and every 30 seconds during the exercise session.
