A squat monitoring system using ultrasonic sensors.

  2. Place the module on the ground and squat over it.

Automatic Squat Start and End Detection

Detects the beginning and completion of each squat movement.

Wireless Data Transmission

Sends squat event data to the Core unit for counting and feedback.
