NFC Game

A playful system that combines gentle activity prompts with a simple card-scanning challenge.
It encourages light movement around the home through an interactive game.

How it works

  1. When someone walks past, a motion sensor activates the screen and displays: “Do you want to play a game?”

  2. If “YES” is selected, the system generates a sequence of four NFC cards to scan in the correct order. Each correct scan updates the screen and plays a short high-pitched sound.
  3. If the wrong card is scanned, the screen flashes red and two low-pitched beeps are played.
  4. After completing all four correctly, the screen displays “Congrats!”
  5. If no response is given, the prompt closes automatically after 10 seconds.
